(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of ordering.
The consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which is predominantly neither:

(3) The presentation of the products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. Upon completion of the order, the customer makes a binding offer.

Errors can be corrected at any time by using the "Back" function in the browser. The ordering process can also be cancelled at any time.
After receiving the order, we will automatically send a confirmation by e-mail. This makes the Treaty legally binding.

Delivery takes place here at the latest within 7 working days. In the case of payment by prepayment, the deadline for delivery begins to run on the day following the payment order to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day following the conclusion of the contract.
If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

Cancellation Policy

inform by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or post) that you wish to revoke the contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you have chosen a more expensive shipping method than the standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your notification of the revocation has been received by us.
For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs due to the repayment.
We reserve the right to make the refund only as soon as the goods have arrived or you have proven that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.
The return of the goods must take place within 14 days of notification of the revocation. The time limit is met if you send the goods before the time limit. They shall bear the immediate costs of return.
Please note that you will have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this has arisen from a use that goes beyond the mere examination of the properties and functioning.
Exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods
There is a right of withdrawal Not for goods, which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and whose Sealing was removed after delivery (§ 312g para.) 2 No. 3 BGB.
Since our product is such a hygiene article, a return after opening the packaging is excluded.
